Mostar & Herzegovina Loop
The Old Bridge is just the beginning. A local guide walks the Old Town and the 1990s front line, the evening goes to the Dervish tekke at Blagaj, and day two is the full Herzegovina day most one-night itineraries leave out: Kravice, Počitelj and the medieval tombstones of Stolac.

Ops Note
The walk starts at 14:00, when most day-trip coaches are leaving the Old Town. Mosque visits need modest dress (we provide scarves). Blagaj is busy at midday, so we go late afternoon. In summer the bridge divers jump for tips; the guide picks the viewpoint.

Ops Note
Kravice swimming is a May–September element; arriving by 10:00 beats the crowds. The Počitelj tower is 100+ steps on uneven stone, so the guide checks fitness first. Radimlja sits beside the Čapljina–Stolac road; we found no published opening hours (checked 22 Oct 2026) and treat it as an outdoor stop. The day also works as the Mostar → Dubrovnik transit day.

Common Objections
"Can we do Mostar as a day trip from Dubrovnik?"
You can, but you'd miss the best parts. The day trip crowds leave by 3pm—that's when Mostar becomes magical. Staying overnight lets you see the sunset from the bridge and visit Kravice waterfalls when it's quiet.
"Is it just the bridge?"
The bridge is iconic, but the second day is what clients remember: a waterfall you can swim under, a Dervish house built against a cliff at a river spring, an Ottoman hill village and a UNESCO-listed field of medieval tombstones. The war-history walk with a local guide explains the bridge itself.
