How collaboration works
Dates, party size, starting city and what the trip is for. Our booking checklists list what lets us quote fastest.
You get a day-by-day with the transfer logic shown and net rates you mark up yourself. We revise until it fits.
Guides, drivers, hotels, tickets and the things that go wrong on the day — handled on the ground, with 24/7 emergency line while your clients are travelling.
Tell us about the trip and we'll reply with tailored options, operational notes and transparent net pricing.
Working on a brief right now?
Send us your briefWe work exclusively with travel advisors, tour operators, and event planners. We do not sell directly to consumers. Our partners include independent advisors, consortia members, and inbound/outbound operators.
We currently operate in Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro, with ground bases in Dubrovnik, Mostar, Kotor, Split and Sarajevo. Multi-country programmes across these are routine. Where a brief reaches beyond the countries we operate in, we tell you that rather than subcontracting it blind.
To quote efficiently, we need: travel dates or month, number of travelers, starting city, trip length, interests or focus areas, and any special requirements. The more detail you provide, the more tailored our proposal.
We typically respond with a detailed proposal within 24–48 hours for standard requests. Complex multi-country itineraries or peak-season group bookings may require additional time.
Yes. We handle groups of all sizes, from small special-interest groups to large coach series. We provide dedicated group coordinators, contracted coach fleets, and volume-based pricing.
Yes. We provide licensed local guides in multiple languages, private transfers and vehicle fleets, and boat charters from speedboats to yachts. All services are contracted and quality-controlled.
Yes. We quote net, confidential trade rates. You add your own margin or markup — the price the traveller pays is set by you. Our proposals never expose end-client pricing.
We invoice in euros (EUR) as standard, which covers every country we operate in. Where a booking requires local currency (for example some Bosnia-based suppliers), we handle the conversion so you receive a single EUR invoice.
Typically a deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due before arrival. Deposit size and payment schedule depend on trip value, group size, and season, and are set out in each written proposal. Peak-season groups and third-party prepayments (hotels, ferries, events) may require earlier or larger deposits.
Cancellation terms are tiered by how far ahead of arrival you cancel, and are confirmed in writing on every proposal. Some third-party components (event tickets, ferries, peak-season hotel allocations, coach series) carry stricter supplier terms that we pass through transparently. We always flag any non-refundable elements before you confirm.
