Scenic drive to Bosnia via Neum coast. Stop at Počitelj medieval village and Kravice Waterfalls (swimming!). Arrive Mostar for sunset views of the Old Bridge.

Mostar → Sarajevo
Morning Mostar walking tour—Stari Most, Ottoman bazaar, mosques. After lunch, drive to Sarajevo via stunning Neretva canyon. Evening exploration of Baščaršija.
Sarajevo Full Day
Deep dive into Sarajevo—Latin Bridge, War Tunnel Museum, Trebević cable car. Experience the unique blend of Ottoman, Austro-Hungarian, and Yugoslav history.
Sarajevo → Kotor
Scenic drive through three countries. Enter Montenegro via Trebinje or Nikšić. Arrive at the Bay of Kotor—often called Europe's southernmost fjord. Evening in Old Town.
Long driving day (~5h). Can split with overnight in Trebinje. 2 border crossings.
Kotor & Bay Exploration
Morning fortress climb (1,350 steps!) or boat tour. Visit Perast and Our Lady of the Rocks island. Afternoon drive up Lovćen mountain—25 hairpin bends to incredible views.
Kotor → Dubrovnik Departure
