30-Second Pitch

"Kotor is the Mediterranean's hidden fjord. Imagine steep mountains plunging into sapphire water, a perfectly preserved medieval town, and a road with 25 hairpin bends to the top of a mountain where you can see three countries. Two days gives you the complete experience: the old town, a boat ride to a church built on a sunken island, mountain villages serving smoked ham and cheese, and views that go viral on Instagram."

Common Objections
"Can we do Kotor as a day trip from Dubrovnik?"
You can, but it's 2+ hours each way, plus border crossings. Staying overnight means you catch the bay at sunset, climb the fortress without cruise crowds, and do Lovćen mountain properly. Day trippers miss the magic.
"Is it too active?"
We can dial it down. Skip the fortress climb, do the Lovćen viewpoint by car instead of the mausoleum walk. The boat to Our Lady of the Rocks is gentle—the only required activity is walking around the old town.
"What about the cruise crowds?"
That's exactly why we start with Perast and Lovćen on Day 2 morning—while the ships are docking. By afternoon when we return, they're leaving. Our guides know the quiet corners.
